Bulletin Terms Of Agreement
Subscription purchases from ILSB may
only be used for normal business purposes, in compliance with
any and all applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations,
including but not limited to those pertaining to direct mailing,
fax broadcasts and e-mail transmissions. Subscription purchases
ILSB are meant for one user/one computer per purchase. The
data may not be installed on a computer system or systems in
which two or more users may operate the database simultaneously.
A network license option is available for additional per user
fees upon request. Subscription purchases from ILSB may not
be sub-licensed, assigned, or re-sold to another party. The
purchaser agrees not to provide or otherwise make available
the data in any form to any person or organization outside
of the purchaser’s own business. Subscription purchases from
ILSB are meant to be used for the purchaser’s own informational
and/or marketing needs. The data is not to be used to compile,
enhance, verify or supplement any trade directory, business
directory, classified directory, classified advertising, Internet
information posting, or other compilation of information which
is sold, rented, published or supplied in any manner and provided
to a third party. Subscription purchased from ILSB is provided "as
is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to
the quality and performance of the data is with the purchaser.
New Services
The ILSB is making the database
search capabilities along with the excel version of each
issue available to electronic subscribers free until July
1st, 2008. After this date there will be an additional
